EDUCATION

The LNC Division of the WVBA periodically hosts educational sessions for LNCs, as well as joint educational sessions for LNCs and attorneys. Lectures are approved for nursing CE credit and attorney CLE credit.

The LNC Division provides assistance to the WVBA with the recruitment of speakers for the Annual Meeting. Special medical-legal lectures are chosen for their appeal to attorneys and LNCs, and have become one of the highlights of the event.
