LNC Division members contribute columns to The Communique, a quarterly newsletter published by the West Virginia Bar Association. This newsletter is distributed to WVBA members statewide, including attorneys, judges, LNCs and legal assistants.

There are 2 columns written by members of the LNC Division. The first column, LNC Division News, is an update about LNC Division activities written by the LNC Division President. The second column, a medical column written by members of the LNC Division, is intended to provide medical information of interest to attorneys. When applicable, each column includes a website for further research.

For the medical columns, the Marketing Committee coordinates the recruitment of authors, selection of topics, and editing of columns. These activities are done prior to submitting the columns to The Communique. Columns are printed at the discretion of the WVBA.
