The Real Estate Division (RELD), formerly a separate entity, joined the West Virginia Bar Association in 1996. The RELD was formed to focus on issues related to the practice of real estate law in West Virginia. Members can learn from each other and share experiences during at least one division gathering per year. Seminars are held where CLE credits can be gained, as well as professional friendships.

Additional $120 fee is required to be a member of the Real Estate Lawyers Division. This fee entitles members the opportunity to learn from each other, share experiences and attend complimentary CLE Seminars.
