• In development on new strategic underwriting theories on how to use economic and other
  market data to drive risk strategy, more or less conservative based on market timing and other
  factors.

• My focus as a corporate underwriter was to leverage data assets and experiential analytics to drive
  underwriting decision-making, both from a transactional and a strategic viewpoint. Created the
  enterprise loss reporting structure still in use today.

• Managed a large team of claim handlers during the height of the recession, far and away the busiest time in the history of our industry in terms of claims volume and losses

• For 10 years in this role, I was responsible to be underwriting counsel, operations counsel, claims counsel and regulatory counsel for a busy state office with top market share. This office was not only an agency office, but also a direct operation with its own title plant.
