Brian Gartley

Education: He received his MBA – from Marshall University – in May 2011 and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Safety Technology – in May 1996

Experience: Real Estate Tile Insurance in West Virginia, since 1996. Beginning in 2003 with Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and currently Vice President, West Virginia State Manager.

Brian’s current responsibilities at Old Republic Title include business development, Title insurance policy underwriting, preparing and delivering seminars, claims management, supporting the attorney title agent with implementation of new technologies. In addition, he manages and supports the review and auditing functions established as Best Practices for all attorney title agents within the West Virginia network. Ensuring that attorneys maintain the IOLTA escrow accounting properly. Brian’s direct efforts in working to grow Old Republic National Title have yielded some significant results. Daily he works with attorneys and bank owned title agencies across the State of WV to effectively resolve both residential and commercial real estate title issues.

Brian is a member of the American Land Title Association and Associate member of the WV Bankers Association, and associate member of the WV Bar Association. Brian is an experienced public speaker and has given presentations on numerous topics for National Business Institute, The WV Bar Association, WVU College of Law Lecture Series, WV Realtors Association and Specific CLE presentations for multiple Law offices across West Virginia. Brian has also contributed articles to the WV State Bar Magazine The WV
Lawyer.
