Presenter Bios: 

Mark A. Sadd

• Mark A. Sadd is the co-managing member of Lewis Gianola PLLC, with offices in Charleston and Morgantown. His law practice includes representation in commercial transactions, real estate development, community associations, leasing, coal, oil and gas, zoning and land use, historic preservation, eminent domain and title. He is an agent of Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company and Stewart Title Guaranty Company. He is a fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and is listed in Best Lawyers in America in Zoning and Land Use Law and Eminent Domain Law and in SuperLawyers in Real Property. He regularly litigates in his areas of practice.

John R. ("Rudy") Henley

• John R. (“Rudy”) Henley is President and Broker of JRH Associates, Inc., and Managing Member of its affiliate, MHLP, LLC. Mr. Henley and has been involved in commercial, investment and residential real estate for over forty five years. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration at West Virginia University and his professional designations include Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in the REALTORS® National Marketing Institute, and Specialist in Real Estate Securities in the Real Estate Securities and Syndication Institute. MHLP, LLC is successor company to McCabe Henley Properties Inc. which was operated for over 30 years by Brooks McCabe and Rudy Henley. During that period, in addition to typical commercial brokerage & consulting projects, Mr. Henley was responsible for McCabe-Henley’s public private development and consulting projects including the $62,000,000 Stonewall Resort, the $12,000,000 Alan B. Mollohan Innovation and Incubation Center, the site location for the new United Hospital Center and disposition of the old facility, the development of the first phase of the WVU Research Park, and on behalf of Union Carbide Corporation, the development of a plan to convert its South Charleston Technical Center into a multi-tenant research park . Mr. Henley was responsible for managing all aspects of these complex public/private development projects. Mr. Henley also served as the principal in charge of McCabe-Henley’s affiliation with Mountaineer Capital, a West Virginia based venture capital firm. Mr. Henley is knowledgeable in the development of multi-use business and technology parks as well as recreational and resort development and has been involved in planning, development, operations and consulting in this regard.
  

G. Russell Rollyson, Jr. (“Russ”)

• G. Russell Rollyson, Jr. (“Russ”) is the Senior Deputy State Auditor in the Office of the West
  Virginia Auditor. Russ has been in this roll since 2004. Russ is a graduate of the University of
  Charleston and has a master’s degree in public administration from Marshall University.

David D. Pill

• David D. Pill is a founder of the law firm Pill & Pill, PLLC, practicing law in West Virginia since
  1982. Dave has an undergraduate degree from WVU and his Doctorate in Law from Ohio Northern
  University. Pill & Pill, PLLC has always focused on Real Estate with an emphasis in Residential and
  Commercial Settlements. Pill & Pill, PLLC and all its members and staff have a mission to provide
