This session touches on several topics including how the rise of short-term rentals has roiled the housing markets, the peace-and-quiet of neighborhoods, HOA boards, urban planning policy and the hospitality business. The presenters will discuss fundamental issues in the development in short-term rentals and the law in response to it.
